My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was fantastic, very close to the city center with live music entertainment nearby. The room, however, was disappointing, being small, hot at night, and not very clean. The service was good, with staff members going out of their way to assist, but the dining options were not up to par. Overall, a convenient location but lacking in room quality and dining choices.
Rooms
5.0
The room I stayed in was located on the 2nd floor, and it was small and uncomfortably warm at night. Moreover, the room was very dirty with dishes found under the bed, and there was barely any space to put my belongings. The bed and pillow were hard, making it quite uncomfortable.
Service
6.0
The service at the hotel was a mixed bag. While some staff members were kind and tried to fix issues promptly, the overall experience fell short. Despite the effort, there were still some shortcomings in the attention to detail.
Location

The hotel's location was very central and convenient for exploring the city attractions. Being close to the lively area with evening music added to the vibrant atmosphere of the neighborhood.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience at the hotel was mediocre. While there were some okay options, it was unclear if the restaurant was part of the hotel. The fresh artisan bread was a nice touch, but overall, the choices were limited.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel had basic facilities, nothing extraordinary, but sufficient for a short stay. There were no standout amenities that would make the stay exceptionally comfortable or memorable.

I couldn't have asked for a better hotel location! It’s right at the center of the historic district, surrounded by all the must-see spots. The rooms were immaculate, comfortable, and quiet, adding to a genuinely gracious experience. The hotel offers breathtaking views and refreshing breezes in the evenings. However, the dining options were limited, and I was unsure if the attached restaurant was part of the hotel.
